Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ConvoTune service (the "Service") operated by ConvoTune ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. Use of Service
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content of the Call Recordings you upload and for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to do so.
- Service Limits: We reserve the right to impose limits on the use of our free service, including the number of analyses and the duration of audio files. The current limits are displayed on the Service.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service to analyze conversations for which you do not have consent, where such consent is required by law.
3. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ConvoTune. You retain all rights to your original Call Recordings and the content therein.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The analysis and recommendations provided by our AI are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or to produce specific business outcomes. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall ConvoTune be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
6. Governing Law
